I offer one-on-one sessions in yoga therapy, which can include yoga asana, meditation, Ayurveda, and other practices.
During your first session, we'll do an in-depth assessment and discuss your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll then select the best practice, or practices, for you. At the end of each session, I'll provide you with a short, effective home practice for additional support.
Please set aside 90 minutes for our first session and 60 minutes for subsequent sessions.
