1:00 PM – 2:30 PM PT
This 90-minute experiential workshop is designed for Yoga teachers, Yoga therapists, meditation teachers, Ayurvedic lifestyle consultants, and other wellness providers who wish to deepen their understanding of spirituality as lived experience.
Drawing from Being: The Transformative Power of Practice, classical yogic philosophy, and the pañcamaya (five-sheath) model, this workshop explores how personal sādhana, presence, and non-attachment shape ethical, transformative instruction and care.
Rather than focusing on outcomes, this session emphasizes who we are being as practitioners—and how that orientation supports healing, meaning, and wholeness in ourselves and those we serve.
Spirituality as experience, presence, and meaning
The pañcamaya model as a framework for holistic teaching and care
Patanjali’s teachings on calming the mind
The Eight Limbs as an inward arc toward being
Sādhana, the kleśas, and the end of “fixing”
Holding space ethically for the spiritual inquiry
A grounded framework for spirituality in professional practice
Greater confidence working with subtle and existential dimensions of students and clients
Integrating spiritually based language into teaching and client work
Renewed clarity around your own practice and presence
